Description

This traditional meditation cushion raises your hips and provides stability and comfort, allowing you to sit easily in the cross-legged position (Sukhasana), Japanese sitting (Vajrasana) or lotus posture (Padmasana). Sitting in these positions will make it easier for you to prolong your meditation sessions and calm your mind for a longer period of time. During a meditation session, it is necessary to be well settled in order to facilitate concentration and letting go. If you practice on an unsuitable cushion or directly on the floor, you will find it more difficult to relax.

These round cushions are made by Indian craftsmen and hand-sewn in a small facility in India. They are then assembled and filled here with the finest Swiss spelt.

This zafu will serve you as a pillow when lying down during your practice and also as a seat cushion. You can sit cross-legged on it and it will allow you to relax your legs and keep your spine straight during your meditation session.
